Isabelle (Belle) Williams commenced her role with RAPAD in March 2026 as the Exclusion Fencing Project Officer. In this position, she primarily supports fencing initiatives while also contributing to a range of regional projects across the Central West.

Having grown up and spent most of her life living and working in Central Western Queensland, Belle brings a strong understanding of the region, its communities, and the unique challenges and opportunities they present. Her professional background spans both Veterinary Nursing and Early Childhood Education, enabling her to build and maintain meaningful relationships with a diverse network of people throughout the region.

Raised on a family property, Belle has developed a practical, grounded knowledge of the agricultural landscape and the dynamics that shape rural communities. She is passionate about land and livestock, and values the strong connections she maintains with her family, friends, and the broader community.
