The Farm Business Resilience Program (FBRP) offers tailored support for farmers and graziers across all commodities to prepare for the future.
It focuses on enhancing capabilities in areas such as risk management, strategic decision-making, natural resource management, and social resilience.
Managed by the Queensland Department of Primary Industries, this program is available to eligible primary producers across Queensland and is aligned with reforms in drought preparedness programs overseen by the Queensland Rural and Industry Development Authority (QRIDA).
In North Queensland, the program is delivered by numerous partners, including Farm Business Planning North Queensland. The service area includes local government areas north of and including: Barcoo, Barcaldine, Longreach, and Isaac.
