RAPAD has been the provider for the Federal and State Government funded Rural Financial Counselling Service for almost two decades.
It is a free, independent, professional service for rural and agribusinesses at risk of financial hardship.
On occasion, RFCSNQ has been extended from time to time to include Small Business Financial Counsellors who provide a similar service for small to medium businesses.
